Founder of Playboy Hugh Hefner has honored Claire Sinclair with the title of Playmate of the Year. The 19-year-old Brunette beauty was awarded the honorable title few days ago, at the Palms Casino in Las Vegas. Claire Sinclair was presented a plaque, a Harley Davidson motorcycle and 100,000 bills by the magazine founder.
